an upsized macaron masquerading as a burger. macaron shells for the buns, apricot jelly for the bacon, raspberry ganache for the tomatoes, chocolate ganache for the beef, and rainbow sprinkles for the sesame seeds. that was way too much…i can’t believe i even thought of ordering that but i was fascinated then…halfway [...]

its rich flavor and silky smooth texture make this the antidote for frazzled nerves and unwelcome downpours. we also had two servings each of raclette cheese with baby potatoes and shavings of smoked beef. i am going to miss coming here for long lazy lunches with t when i start work.
